How Well Does Your Spouse Know You?

So not to be a debbie-downer, but Chris and I have never really celebrated Valentine's Day.  We are not big fans of Halmark holidays- overpriced meals and flowers.  (Ok, I am a big fan of flowers and Chris does get them for me, but I have no particular association with flowers and Feb. 14th)  
Chris is a wonderful husband and is great at showing me and reminding me of his love for me- THROUGHOUT the year- not just on Valentine's Day.  I love you Chris- today and everyday. 
In fact, our first Valentine's Day together (we were engaged) Chris made me the anti-Valentine's Day Dinner: ribs and corn on the cob.  Corn in your teeth and BBQ sauce all over your face is super sexy...

How long have you been married? Jen: 3 and a half years Chris: Since July 11, 2009
Where was your first date? Jen: SEC Championship Football game: LSU vs. TN Chris: The SEC Championship at the Georgia Dome 12.1.2007

Where was your first kiss? Jen: Chris' apartment Chris: The foyer of my apartment at the Mill
Who first said, "I love you"? Jen: Chris Chris: Me
What were your wedding colors? Jen: Red and Black Chris: Black, white, and red
What is her most commonly used phrase? Jen: umm, I have no idea... Chris: "Tell me I don't need this...."

(That is probably true...)

Who is her celebrity crush? Jen: Tim McGraw (have you seen his most recent picture in People Magazine?) Chris: No idea, Keith Urban?
If she was ordering drinks for both of you what would you each get? Jen: wine for me and probably a beer for Chris Chris: Jen- red wine me- probably a beer, but she might surprise me with an old fashion
What is the best meal she has ever cooked you? Jen: Not sure? Chicken Pockets.  The first meal I ever made him when we were dating. Chris: Chicken enchiladas

What is the worst meal she has ever cooked you? Jen: Anything and everything without meat

Chris: Vegetable lasagna

What would she say is your most annoying habit? Jen: Biting your nails Chris: Biting my fingernails

What is the last thing she does before she goes to bed? Jen: Take a drink of water and set alarm  Chris: Other than give me a kiss, take a sip of water 
If you could throw out one item of her clothing what would it be? Jen: Socks that I leave in the bed Chris: She is pretty stylish and gets rid if things regularly, I can't think of anything. 

What would you say is your favorite thing about her? Jen: no idea... Chris: The way she crinkles her nose when she smiles  (I should have known this...)

What's her go-to drink at Starbucks? Jen: Grande, half Caf, 3 pump, skinny White Chocolate Mocha Chris: It's really long mocha, half caff, with skim milk
What's her blog's name?! Jen: Team Bowen.  This will be really embarrassing if you get it wrong... Chris: Go Team Bowen (Ok, in all fairness to Chris the url is www.goteambowen.blogspot.com  And this is what he types into his google search bar to find and read my blog)
Overall, I would say we did pretty well!
