- 3 chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup (this being the processed ingredient)
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 4 Tbs butter
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2-1 tsp salt (I stay on the lower end because the Cream of Chicken is pretty salty on its own)
- 1 tsp pepper
- Brown Rice
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 2-4 hours
- Serve over brown rice with a salad to make sure you get in those veggies :)
